This website is operated by Dimitri Appel, trading as Autonomatica, and based in Barcelona, Spain. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@autonomatica.com.

If you book a workflow review we collect the name, email address, agency name, and role you enter, your description of the workflow you want to discuss, and the slot and timezone you select. The booking form is provided by Cal.com and opens in a dialog on this site.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure.

We ask you not to send policy documents, driver information, MVRs, credentials, or other sensitive customer data through the booking form, and the booking form does not accept file uploads.

We use what you enter when booking to hold the meeting, to reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not send marketing email and we do not run a mailing list. We use server logs for security, troubleshooting, and availability.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no session replay, and it stores nothing of its own in your browser.

The booking dialog is provided by Cal.com and opens only if you choose to book. Nothing is requested from Cal.com, and nothing is stored in your browser by Cal.com, until you click a booking button. Once the dialog opens, Cal.com may set cookies or store data in your browser to operate the booking, under its own privacy policy. Nothing else on this site loads third-party content.

If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled, and any preference mechanism the law requires will be in place first.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and processes requests made to this site. Cal.com provides the booking form and processes the details you enter when you book, together with Google, which hosts the calendar and the meeting link. Cal.com and Google are based in the United States, so booking a review transfers your details there under the safeguards those providers publish. If you contact us by email, your message is also processed by the email providers used by you and by Autonomatica. We use service providers only as needed to operate the site and respond to enquiries, and we do not sell personal information.

We normally keep enquiry records for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless we need them longer to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@autonomatica.com.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you additional rights. Email us to make a request, and we will respond as required by the law that applies.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than applied silently.
