Who operates this site

This website is operated by [Legal operator name], trading as Autonomatica, at [Street address, City, State ZIP]. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [contact@example.com].

What we collect

If you complete the contact form we collect the first name, work email, agency name, and role you enter, plus the optional description of a workflow. If you tick the separate marketing box, we also record that consent and the time it was given.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure.

We ask you not to send policy documents, driver information, MVRs, credentials, or other sensitive customer data through the form, and the form does not accept file uploads.

Why we use it

We use contact form submissions to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a workflow review, and to keep a record of the conversation. We use marketing consent, where given, to send occasional updates about trucking insurance workflow automation. We use server logs for security, troubleshooting, and availability.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies, analytics, and local storage

This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no session replay. If you choose a light or dark theme, that single preference is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not transmitted to us and it identifies nobody.

If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled, and any preference mechanism the law requires will be in place first.

Who receives it

Information reaches our hosting provider, and, once configured, the email or CRM service that delivers form submissions to our inbox. These providers act on our instructions. Name the actual hosting, email, scheduling, and CRM providers here before publication.

How long we keep it

Confirm a retention period for enquiries and for marketing consent records, and state it here. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [contact@example.com]. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any update we send, or by replying to ask.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you further rights. Review which state privacy laws actually apply as traffic, revenue, and data volume change, and describe only those rights here.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than applied silently.
