Our approach
We want this site to be usable by everyone who wants to work with us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion settings. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site rather than something added afterwards.
What we have built
The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link to the main content, visible focus outlines on every interactive element, and text and interface colours chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast in both the light and dark themes.
Every form field has a visible label above it, errors are announced and shown next to the field they belong to, and no field relies on placeholder text as its label.
Animation is limited to short entrance transitions. If your system is set to reduce motion, those transitions are switched off and the page renders without movement. Images carry descriptive alternative text, and the frequently asked questions use native disclosure controls that work with the keyboard.
What we do not claim
We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim a certified conformance level. If we obtain one, we will say so here and name the auditor and the date.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this site gets in your way, please tell us at [contact@example.com]. Describe the page and what happened, and we will reply and work with you to give you the same information another way. Confirm the response time you can genuinely commit to, and state it here.
This statement does not replace accessible implementation. If we have missed something, we would rather hear it than not.
